One banana
One cup mixed berries (I recommend Rader Farms frozen berries from Costco)
Enough water to cover the bananas
Five Stevia (if you would like it sweeter) (Trader Joe's)
One tablespoon of raw almond or sunflower seed butter (Trader Joe's)
A tablespoon of cinnamon
Two tablespoons of Spectrum ground flaxseed (Mothers Market) plus Two tablespoons of ground Chia Seed
I recommend using a heavy duty blender such as an Osterizer.
Place the banana, water, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, stevia, and raw almond butter; blend.
Then place the mixed berries and blend. Then place the ice cubes and blend.
